VektorDTF is an AI-powered tool that helps users generate transparent, vector-style and raster artwork intended for apparel decoration, print-on-demand, and related uses. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
VektorDTF and its affiliates take no responsibility for the art created, generated, uploaded, or used through the Service. Outputs are produced by automated AI systems and may unintentionally resemble existing works, trademarks, logos, or other protected material.
The responsibility to verify that any artwork is free of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement, and that its use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, falls solely on the user. You are solely responsible for determining whether you have the rights to use, reproduce, sell, or distribute any artwork generated or obtained through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, or to violate the rights of any third party. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VektorDTF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any artwork created through it — including claims of copyright or trademark infringement or violation of local regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VektorDTF and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
